Taking into account the infrastructure of developing countries, as Brazil, the airship and other lighter than air platform present themselves as excellent solution to logistical issues caused by deficiencies in roads and road terminals in general (roads, railways, ports and airports among others). For border surveillance, events, agriculture and telecommunications platform, nowadays aerostats are a functional and efficient reality that gains prominence.
